Terms of Sale

Effective January 1st, 2009 - This contract is also available here and is attached to your invoice.

The following is the terms of agreement between Nasdra Ltd. (Company) and the buyer (Buyer) of services through the Company's website WebContactForms.Net (the Site). Please read these terms carefully.

Introduction
Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Online Contract (Contract) with respect to the services provided by or through the Site. This Contract constitutes the entire and only agreement between the Company and the Buyer. Buyer agrees to review this Contract prior to purchasing anything and purchase a service shall be deemed acceptance of this Contract.

Setup and payment
An order can be placed online using our ordering Wizard. All services, products and options are accessible through this Wizard, except for tailor-made solutions, which are bound to other terms. Once the order has been placed, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email, with an invoice, a copy of this Contract, and specific information about the service.
Buyer has thirty (30) calendar days to settle his payment using the payment details provided on his invoice. This grace period allows the Buyer to evaluate the service.
If the buyer has not settled his payment with 30 days, the Company shall understand that the Buyer is not willing to effectively use and buy the service. At that time, the Company shall erase any information regarding the Buyer and shall consider this Contract to be ended without prior notice.
Payments can only be made by bank wire transfer.

Prices and renewal
Prices of the services are fixed and offered in US Dollars. The Company may accept payments in other currencies upon request from the Buyer.
The Buyer can use the service for one (1) calendar year, starting from the date of order.

Termination, cancellation and refund policy
After one (1) year of service, and without any news from the Buyer, the Company may shut down the service for the Buyer without prior notice. The Buyer may renew his Contract by contacting us.
There is no need for the Buyer to cancel his order within the first 30 days. After this grace period, the Buyer can terminate the Contract by contacting us. It is not possible to refund the Buyer.

Service availability
The Company will make all efforts so that the services are available at all times, except for maintenance and upgrade periods, or force majeure.

Limitation of liability
In no event will Nasdra Ltd. be liable for (i) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, or any information, or transactions provided on the service, or downloaded from the service, or any delay of such information or service.
Even if Nasdra Ltd. or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded through the service.
Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, Nasdra Ltd.'s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
